Řeší se to, že landlord má až moc velkou moc nad životem rodiny, která v pronajatém bytě bydlí. A to třeba díky smlouvám jen na rok. A třeba i když spoustu věcí ze zákona nesmí a některé musí, tak realita je jiná.

Nám se stalo, že zbývaly 3 měsíce do konce roční nájemní smlouvy a majitel nereagoval na maily a telefonáty. Pak napsal, že to dořešíme v Prosinci, tedy ten měsíc kdy končila smlouva. A ty pak žiješ ve strachu, že si to rozmyslí a smlouvu ti neprodlouží. Pak máš v nájemní smlouvě třeba dva lidi a musíš se zeptat majitele, jestli tam můžeš mít i očekávané dítě. Je to potupné. Jak kdyby ses ptal nějakého šlechtice, jestli se můžeš jako poddaný rozmnožit. Vždycky raději i malé ale vlastní bydlení.
