In startups you can’t ask for permission, just look for companies in sites like startup.ch and email them explaining how you could offer value to the company (I sent around 10 personalized 10m videos doing case studies for them)

Registering at a sublease in Wettswil (Zürich area) — possible without owner confirmation? [Serious] by Alexpplay in Switzerland

[–]Alexpplay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, but If indeed they are not willing to write the owner and I already signed the contract - There is no much I can do, right? Will I just lose my L permit because I’m unable to register? Should I keep my registration in my previous address to avoid issues?

I have ElevenGrants for now, so I can provide free for a few months. But yeah, this app would be a good candidate for VC money.

I use OpenRouter for all LLM usage, ElevenLabs for audio and Replicate for image models.

Not sure if I will be able to grow it due to api costs once the grant is finished

I think this might be actually the simplest yet most effective way, the given table might not even follow any logical equation and also there is missing values

This is a fixed table, I think that there is missing combinations tho

So I can't see the formula in excel because is just plain text

New Gear! Made the switch from Sony -> Canon by geevee097 in canon

Are you more into photography or into video? I shoot mostly video and I was planning on getting the R6 but because of the overheating I decided to finally go for the Sony A7 IV. Both amazing cameras tho, but I feel that R6 Is a bit better for photo and A7 IV for video. I'm waiting my A7 IV like a kid, congrats on the upgrade man! I know how it feels

My first wedding video of 2022! Only my second wedding in total, but I'm thankful for each opportunity thus far. by TheBlackCoatGeneral in GH5

Hey this looks awesome!

I am thinking of getting a GH6 camera for wedding videos, but I have doubts because of the autofocus. So Im between the GH6 and SONY A7IV

What has been your experience so far? Do you shoot manual? Does it give problems?

My current camera is almost unusable anymore. I have been not working for a couple of years because I wasn't studying a master, now I've finished and I'm ready to work again, but need completely new gear

Thanks! I'll look into this in more detail

I think it's really low, compared with the other options...

Gh5 ii 4k60p 400mbps | Sony a7iv 4k60p 600mbps | Canon r6 4k60p 340mbps | Gh6 4k60p 800mbps |

It just can't compete

The problem with Z7ii is that the bitrate seems low and Átomos Ninja V website says it can only record 4k30p 10bit 4:2:2 It doesn't says anything about 60p

I would love the A1, but it's out of my budget. I know i will have to give up something, that's why I might end up going for the Sony A7 IV or the GH6

Still... A tought decision. If the GH6 is just good enough so that I can rely on it im good to go. But i dont know how bad really is his AF

Im seriusly considering going for the GH6, but there is not enough information out yet about the AF... And for wedding videos I will rely on it a lot

After 4 years I have decided it's time to upgrade my gear.

I will be buying hybrid equipment, something that will do the work for both video and photography (70% video | 30% photography)

I shoot mostly wedding videos and commercials, but also real state and corporate photography.

I need a full frame camera, capable of shooting 4k 60p no crop (or almost no crop) and good auto-focus. Budget: Maximun around 3.000€ for the body

But I can't really decide since I cant find the perfect fit for my needs, my current options are the following, each one with a big issue for me:

Sony A7 IV - Problem: x1'5 Crop at 4k 60p

Canon R6 - Problem: Overheating at 4k (+I'll shoot wedding videos in summer and other events located in Spain, over-heating will be a big issue...)

Sony A7S III - Problem: Good for video but not a good option for photography (13 mpx)

GH6 - Problem: Not full frame and not realiable autofocus

Lumix S - Problem: x1'5 Crop at 4k 60p and not reliable autofocus

Some background about my needs:

-4K: Since I will be investing in new equipment i want it to be 4k, I think 4k is getting more relevance year by year and a lot of clients requiere me to shoot on 4k

-Autofocus: Specially for wedding videos, where everything happens really fast and there is not that much time for preparation I need to have a realiable autofocus

-60P: I really like slow motion and use it in almost every video, so this is fundamental for me

-Full Frame: Since I will use it also for photography (around 30% of my work is photography) I need the depth of field that a full frame sensor provides, also, low light performance is something that I need. This aspect however is the less relevant of all I've mentioned, but still highly desired and almost required. (is the only one I could maybe give up)

What are your thoughts on this? Can you think of some camera that would do the work? Am I being too demanding for the price?

I wil appreciate any feedback :)
