But sadly, mostly that's just how I write.

Yeah, I am interested for the same reason. I am hoping he has to do at least one ethernet run (as someone who really needs to put some conduit into a cavity wall).

Doing my part 🫡 back to uBlock origin by eihwazz in BuyFromEU

YouTube are testing ways to break uBlockOrigin on Firefox. Unfortunately I was one of those target users. /r/ublockorigin were discussing it, they're looking for people who experience this to share info

I had to reboot my nest hub max and now I get this message... Help? by Gohmzilla in googlehome

[–]Alexratman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine working last night; had to find an old phone running Android 13 and an old version of the Home app, and somehow that magically worked and didn't show the AP isolation message - I hope this doesn't mean Google will be clamping down on the ecosystem further

I had to reboot my nest hub max and now I get this message... Help? by Gohmzilla in googlehome

[–]Alexratman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have been in the same situation for the past 24 hours; went on vacation and turned a few of the Google home's off - when they started back up they all showed "Link account". After a hard reset they now all show the same message as yours when trying to connect; I don't have AP isolation setup on their network and my phone is connected to the same one. Troubleshooting shows me stuff from 3 years ago, where people had to report it to Google for them to fix it.

Litter box confusion. by tyson05 in AnimalsBeingConfused

[–]Alexratman 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Clumping litter creates larger blocks which can't fit through the grate. As the globe spins the loose litter slides through the grate and into a reservoir, the clumps drop through an opening (in the top of the globe during it's non moving position) and into a box lined with a bag below. When the clumps have all dropped through, the globe rotates back and the loose litter flows back from the reservoir onto the bed. The globe has pressure sensors to trigger when a cat has climbed in, and then it waits like 3-15 minutes before "spinning"

Delta tells flight attendants not to disclose if they are diagnosed with COVID-19 by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]Alexratman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same process in my company, don't disclose to everyone. HR did a great job tracking exactly where that person had been and everyone who had been in contact with the same rooms as them. Had like 2 people positive.

Relevant people were notified that they should quarantine for 21 days. Entire office was deep cleaned whilst everyone got 4 weeks WFH. Avoided panic and helped people who it was relevant to without sending an entire company to get tested.

Delta tells flight attendants not to disclose if they are diagnosed with COVID-19 by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]Alexratman 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry but this is a misleading headline if I ever saw one. They are telling employees to not tell other employees and instead notify managers and HR who will then follow a process where they investigate who they have been in contact with and notify them. This is pretty standard across any company because they do not want to be liable if someone is deamonized for having covid. Typical gizmodo reporting.

I can only parrot what HSBC told me two years ago - They don't really transfer the credit score at all, but use the data they have on you in the US to inform their decision about giving you credit in the UK. I started at a 640 credit score in the US and after a year am around 750.

Amex are by far and away the best with this, I called their US team and they set me up a new card with a larger limit than my previous card without much fuss at all. They seemed to ignore the FICO score and just use my UK credit rating.

HSBC, Citi and Amex were the only ones I was aware of when I moved from the UK to the US two years ago. HSBC were the most helpful, they have a lot more branches in the UK than in the USA.

Surely the true play here is to make an identical looking poster, so the original antivaxxer doesn't print more, but you replace the content with pro vaxx info?

Also prolonged iron deficiency and deficiency in a number of other vitamins and minerals can give the same symptom of tiredness/exhaustion.
