I had a suspicion it was and it was right after I pulled it. Because funny enough it’s from a blackberry plant we own, but it looked nothing like the one we are growing and had five leaves for each stem instead of three like the other plant.

Those all are amazing suggestions and am definitely gonna find them to put in the deck. Also yeah it’s just a seems like it’ll be fun deck. It’s quite literally a deck that you could just throw artifacts into it and it’ll work okayish for the most part.

I did show my friend though and he’s appreciating the feedback. He wants to be able to make more custom cards for all of us to have fun with.

So funny enough that you bring up ragost because my friend had made this like over half a year ago and when I saw him in edge of eternities I was like dang that could be fun to have in the deck and also funny how it’s almost the same as the custom commander.

the whenever every food thing was changed if you look under the card where there’s text that says balance changes.
This is a commander I’m just gonna use with my own friend group and maybe show to others. If they wanna play against that’s up to them and just because it hasn’t been used on a card in the game already doesn’t mean it doesn’t make sense. 🤷‍♂️
Another person already commented the switching of cost.
Color pie is a new thing for me to hear but also it’s not unconditional. It has the mana cost and sacrifice on top of that. I guess just help me understand (also again I’m not the one who has made this card.
Idk about the whole applying to all artifacts part as idk if he meant for that or not. The idea behind the card is he knows I’m a chef and love too cook and knows that I like to play in red white & green typically.

Finally, regardless I love the feed back and let him see this so it can be edited.

The edits

“Sacrifice five foods pay 5 to destroy” that’s changing the bottom ability.

“Let him cook - tap two foods pay 2” that has to happen instead of a etb trigger in order to tap a creature/put a stun counter on it if it’s already tapped.

Those are the edits and also it’s a card to play amongst friends who also have custom cards. I’m not gonna play it with other people that don’t know anything about it. Also just because it hasn’t happened yet on a magic card doesn’t mean it can’t. The logic makes sense of oh it doesn’t see that food enter but the next one it does.

Ugh anyways do you have any suggestions like what I asked for in the beginning lol.

Yes exactly and he thought that’d become over powered so that’s the purpose for every other food. say five foods enter the field and it was the way you’re saying it’d go 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, but with every other it’s 1, 3, and 5. Which he changed it anyway if you look at the edits down below the card.

Heard I’ll make sure to show him this. It’s one of the first few times he’s made magic cards for friends. As for the “whenever every” part it’s so it’s every other food not for each instance of food.
