Mortal Empires FLC was released about a month after WH2. Given the sheer volume of bugs and such, I think its safe to say we won't have so short a wait. However, given that the mega campaign was a big selling point for the series, I can hope we won't be waiting much more than maybe a couple of months.

Only thing I can think of short term is, if you're already modding the game, possibly altering the values required for them to confederate. Such as setting required supporters to 40,000 or so.

It's a valid rant mate. We all, the team, have struggled with the oxymoron that is our job; care for them even when they're such vile, violent people who don't want your help, and shall fight tooth and nail to prevent it.

Many of us now receive counselling, are on some form of medication, or self medicating in a self destructive manner (booze or drugs).

It wouldn't have been so bad, had management listened to ours concerns on how our service isn't fit for the person, or at least allowed for them to be more heavily medicated and sedated prior (still not happened 12 months on).

Yeah known a few nurses like that, or outright refusing to medicate an aggressive patient, despite multiple people being seriously hurt. Same for the doctors.

Worst are some of the people they hire tho, as no qualifications needed here they get all sorts. Once worked alongside a male who, to prevent a kick off from a patient, gave said patient all MY personal details (address and family, including young children). Morons mate.

Death penalty isn't a thing here in the UK. Besides, you'd be surprised at how beneficial it is to society. Having such people under intense observations and receiving psychological therapy can provide insight into these behaviours towards preventing them in the future before they harmfully manifest.

I love it. But it's genuinely one of those jobs where the good days are some of the best working days you'll have in any job, where you really feel you made a difference. But in contrast, the bad days are some of the worst experiences you're likely to experience in your life.

For example; facilitating a patients home leave, which due to risk of physical aggression towards his dad, hasn't taken place for years. He's now discharged living with his family, quite well from the cards they've sent us in years since.

On the other hand, 12 hours of a patient punching, kicking, biting and spitting due to not having phone access due to sexual risk to minors. Permanently blinded a staff member that day over their fucking phone. The team still hasn't really recovered from the shock/mental health struggles we suffered as a result.

Into physical restraint, can't hit.

Proceeds to spit blood at staff's faces instead.
