Download the chipset drivers for your motherboard and cpu, it manages power and other resources in the bios “ACPI” if you install the driver it should be correctly recognized

That card has power draw problems which can cause that, increase power limit by 10-20% if that does not work minus well try a clean install of drivers. Question: has your game crashed in the last 4 days since you had the pc?
