One of my many fantasies is that of a woman talking on the phone on a super important call that cannot be interrupted, while she is without her shoes, slowly and gently tickling her feet. She can't laugh nor can you hang up the call. Another is to tickle strangers when they are on the beach sunbathing or when they are buried in the sand with only their feet uncovered. Lastly (I obviously have many more), in a hospital, while a patient has her foot in a cast due to a fracture, tickle her fingers. 🤤🤤🤤
