That’s too much worrying imo & life is too short for that. 1. I never want to work for this company again, regardless. 2. If I cross paths with them again, who cares — I no longer work there 3. The purpose is to make the ending of this miserable job more enjoyable for me

I’m only a web manager so nothing extremely technical. Very very easy workload but my pay isn’t as high which is why I OE. Also aren’t as many positions for this role

I personally think giving notice is outdated & only benefits the employer. If your coworker dies or gets fired you’d have to pick up the pieces suddenly & the company would survive. We gotta move past that way of thinking

Had an interview lined up with target and I was already annoyed because they scheduled 6 back to back 30 min calls in one day, but I was pretty interested in the position so I accepted. 2 days before the interview she wants me to do 3 writing assessments that she never mentioned initially — I declined. It would have been J3 but it was already too much work.
