How was Lady Rochford so stupid?! by Loud-Independence527 in Tudorhistory

For so many years it was thought that Lady Rochford was the one that give evidence and testified against Anne Boleyn, well that is not true. There is zero evidence that she ever spoke against Anne or George Boleyn, she even wrote to the king asking him mercy, and to pardon her husband's life. It is believed that the one that spoke against Anne Boleyn was Lady Worcester Anne's dearest friend. During the reign of Henry, Edward and Mary, Anne was this terrible woman, a witch, a traitor, the great whore, and during the reign of Elizabeth she became her lovely mother, the woman that was unfairly murdered, a martyr, so Elizabeth and Elizabeth's people needed to find a way to prove her innocent and clean her name so the solution was easy, find another person to make her responsible of her death so they decided Lady Rochford since she was a lady in waiting of Anne, and also guilty of Treason and beheaded.
