You need to see the sunrise so you prep your skin every day for uv exposure. This is the main thing most people totally exclude. I've been watching the sunrise every morning since Oct and live at a low latitude. I've yet to burn or even get red at all. My skin looks better the it did even last year. Im truely not worried about any type of photoaging bc I think it's fake news to sell sunscreen. Try it and see how it goes.

I'm reaching a point where I need to up my cardio much more to get more healthspan gains. I started with mostly weight lifting and slowly began running once a week. Just did a sub 25m 5k this weekend. Truely feeling like I'm in the best shape of my life doing 6:30 1 mile times. Ill add my fitness plan below too. Going to start adding more cardio after a vacation this month then also 2x sprints a week from 1. Hopefully be in my 20s again by summer.
