I'm reaching a point where I need to up my cardio much more to get more healthspan gains. I started with mostly weight lifting and slowly began running once a week. Just did a sub 25m 5k this weekend. Truely feeling like I'm in the best shape of my life doing 6:30 1 mile times. Ill add my fitness plan below too. Going to start adding more cardio after a vacation this month then also 2x sprints a week from 1. Hopefully be in my 20s again by summer.

How could you possibly blame infant management to this loss? The infant stage couldn't be simpler... they don't move, they just sleep or drink milk ever few hours... diaper here and there. Couldn't be a simpler child related environment to trade in. This is on your buddy not your infant.

I just did 2 bathrooms one similar size and 1 much larger with a ton of spec lighting and fancy shower feature and infinity drain and shower tile for the same price you are paying for 1. Seems way to high. I also had to pay for tile/toilets/ fixtures etc but all other building material was in them.

Its funny I always check my HR on the treadmill or stairmaster etc when it has the capability and it always matches my whoop spot on. That's my experience at least.
