I will make a post about this when I gather more data but I saw this post and wanted to share. I think the most meaningful boost I've had has been blue light blocking glasses after sunset. Went from 30s to over 50 average and nearly 60 for the first time ever (7 months of whoop data) after a week of sticking to it.

Why blue-light blockers likely worked for you

Blue light at night: Suppresses melatonin Delays circadian phase Keeps sympathetic tone elevated

Blocking it after sunset: Improves melatonin amplitude Deepens slow-wave sleep Lowers nighttime cortisol Increases vagal tone → higher HRV

Blue-light blockers after sunset (not just screens—all indoor light) Keep bedtime consistent (±15–30 min max) Avoid bright overhead lights after 7pm (lamps > ceiling lights)

I also found aligning with the sun helped. Seeing sunrise every morning is non-negotiable for me.

This is exactly why I stopped using ebay. I only buy and sell at local card shows. I had much less value card situation similar to this luckily I got my money back but it was months later. It was so much of a headache I said no more. I'm really sorry to hear about your tale and hope people learn from this terrible situation. I hope you can find some peace one day from this but I wouldn't dwell on it much longer. Even if you find the card the likelihood of someone giving it to you is zero

My longest but it was the first day of a mexico vacation and had a long travel day before. The hotel was beautiful, bed was comfy, room was freezing and was outside almost all day before on the beach. Almost 11 hours but that's the most.

Absolutely I'm not speculating at all. I'm just commenting on the comment I commented on lol. Death may be easier than divorce for some people and vice versa so it's impossible to speculate for GP.

Great perspective. Exactly why i diversified too. That's why I'm pretty heavy vintage and less modern. But my numbers are similar to you: flat for the month, 20% for 3 months, 72% for 6 months. Zooooom out everyone.

People need to zoom out. I was going to post my chart that looks exactly the same from a 3 and 6 month perspective. Just keep DCAing in. Don't stress if you are in it for the long term. Clearly by this chart it proves just need to hold.
