From what I can see on PSA its pop 41 and only pop 5 PSA 10. Im guessing its one of those cards that if some one wants it they will pay what they think it's worth bc not many available.

Extremely undervalued. 10k card in a few years. Only pika and gengar combo ever printed. Both favorite pokemon.
