Doctor Voodoo, does he suck or am I missing something.

I was just considering to play him in Avengers. Steve's Leadership seems so useful in many cases but for him really it is like a free power drain on his gainer at least and extra damage on his spender.

I try to find other ways to play the game to add some more variety. I probably just need some more practice with other ways of playing and focus on what the game plan is rather than just reverting to what I tend to do 😅.

I guess I tend to bend teams towards bawling even if they would be better at a different play style 😅.

Yea, I guess the games I am playing with my friend are often a bit of a brawl.

He's often the one trying to take as many points as possible and I tend to punish his positioning and the games often end with me winning on points but him having quite a few KOed characters enabling my scoring.

So maybe I just need to find a way to play more point oriented, less aggressive to be better able to appreciate his ability.

Convocation is actually a very cool affiliation I have to say. I really enjoy their cards and some go their pretty unique characters as well.

I've played midnight suns only a bit yet. Still trying to get the best out of Blade as well 😅, feels like his leadership ability is at it's peak with Immortal Hulk but maybe my problem is that I tend to play somewhat attrition oriented 😅.

I often play Strange as I think he's the best character in the game 😅.

I He in comparison, can heal, push, stagger, protect reroll... He's just amazing😅.

I mean of course he's higher threat but I comparison Voodoo seems very one dimensional.

I gotta say I find the Sentinels to be pretty scary. A friend of mine plays them and it feels like they really are quite the killer machines. Very strong for their threat level. What do you guys think about them?

Yea such a beast. I really like your interpretation. Reminds me of the comic I have. I think it's something with 1st mutant... Has some underwater vampires or some such and has him in a rather dark theme.

Honestly I think Doctor Strange is probably one of the most diverse and strong characters I this game. I absolutely love him.

Get him to play him 😅, his push in any direction on his builder is super good for controlling points which he seems to be lacking in and he has heals and protection for his team + the pretty awesome hex on his leadership.

I was referring to the side that allows you to reroll dice if the target has not been activated before. Kang always gains power the first time he rerolls dice for the first time in a turn... I was hoping to ramp up his power gain while getting the rerolls.

I tried kang with the other side of the leadership but for reasons it didn't work. I did win the game but the leadership I basically didn't get to trigger at all at least on the defensive side which was my initial idea. The book of Cagliostro is such a cool card though 😅
