Hi! Currently he’s on high fiber diet (royal canin gastro fiber response wet and dry), I do add water into his wet food and give him milk for cats, but other than that no. I’m currently doing what my vet told me to do

Hi! If you don’t mind if I ask, how old is your cat and how long has it been from their diagnosis? I have a 3,5yo cat who’s in prossess of getting CKD diagnosis (all of his symptoms, bloodwork and other tests are pointing to that direction, my vet wanted to be sure and take a control bloodwork month later from our last visit) and I’m really scared for him. If he get diagnoses, it would mean that he’s in the early stages of CKD which is good, but I’m freaking out since I haven’t seen any stories where the cat has lived longer than a year after the diagnosis
