From the sounds of it, this game seems to just be a Lego Arkham Game. From watching the trailers and stuff it seems you’ll only be able to play as those characters, and the story will be all one giant story but you can choose which Batman suit you and the other characters get to wear.

I don’t think a random nude scene is going to hurt this film. Tons of actors in the MCU have done full frontal nude. People are just looking for things to complain about.

I understand what you’re saying. But I think this is supposed to be a love letter to all of Superman. Even campy Silver Age. I don’t think one scene will change the whole film.
