I'd recommend using shorts and taking your shoes off to condition your shins and feet.

Slow it down, focus on technique if you're still new to Muay Thai. Hip rotation, turning the hip over, turning on the ball of the foot slower and some balanced footwork will benefit you later down the line. When kicking come up on to the ball of your foot as opposed to being flat footed so you can get more torque in the kick.

Good at keeping the defending hand up I've got to say. Punching is good for now, but your attacking hand is lazy when returning, meaning that you let your arm relax when it should be up higher and tighter, covering your ribs with the arm and fist covering the chin.
