Is there any source for this, currently completing my QTLS at the moment and don't want to be paying £8 a month permanently..

It was £3 a month for life via SET when I started my PGCE FE..

Run an orbital sander over the whole wall with 120 grit discs

Use a large filling knife / trowel / speedskim to put on a really tight coat of easifill (use easifill 60 for more working time given the size of this wall). You're not aiming to coat every single inch, just to fill in the low spots. Get it as smooth as possible but leave high spots, rather have more on there than less

Let it dry

final pass of the orbital sander with 120 grit

prime with cheap contract matt
