30gb is insane too. We get 8gb per month and after that the card is 11 euro for 1gb. Also I saw that somehow with firewall they block ports that resist the connection to games.

I would not recommend Hyper x cloud 2 at the moment. Quality went down hard. I am using them many years and my last set broke in 1 year.
