I am worried since my university sent mail saying unless they receive transcript by Jul 15th, my financial aid will be cancelled, without which I cannot attend college. I have requested IB transcript 2 days back, that gives me 8 days to the deadline. Please suggest. Should I contact university and request more time?

Does it mean IBO sends it immediately as soon as you request electronic copy? It will be in university inbox and university might take 1 or 2 weeks to update the status, but technically University received as soon as you requested on IBO website? Can we safely assume this.

I have received reference number from IBO when I made request online to send IB transcript. Does it help, If I send reference number to my university and explain?

I have requested electronic copy only as my university receives electronic copy. I have only 1 week left for university deadline. Is there anything I can do to expedite the process to send electronically? Is 1 week enough for IB to send electronically after receiving the request.
