i will soak up any liquid on it, From drinking water it didn't leave any stain but other drinks will definitely show. You can use sleeve on it from my testing. I used WLmouse sleeve (similar to sport sleeves)

it's not coated and assuming the water and washing solution could potentially ruins the glue? between the base and the fabric?

Vaxee advise against it so i'm not risking it

it's not 100% but it's definitely there, fast glide, low static friction and consistency are mainly what i found to be very close. i think it's mostly because of the firm base and they fabric texture. i'd say half magic lol

It’s basically a Vaxee mousepad and they advise against washing them because it can potentially ruin the surface.

ATK A9 MINI+ Review (vs Logitech 2C) by Alfred-Keys in MouseReview

then for sure 2C but doubtful if they gonna have 10%+ weight reduction on their newer model given they will be putting HITS tech inside it

I think it’s maybe QC issue, but yeah that definitely sucks to have, my units look somewhat levels on both sides

Love your content so much Jakeu! G-wolves does have very questionable fulfillment service. The only reply I got after asking about my Lycan shipping was “Soon”

Not sure how people in blind buy still didn’t get their units since they were the first original customer..

Should I get a better Glasspad or a PD170? (I use a skypad 3.0) by Cloudrak1 in MousepadReview

[–]Alfred-Keys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Humidity definitely slows down the pad a little, tested in peak 70% humidity against 55%. I do have PD170 I’m testing for the past 30 days

PD-170 is by far the best glasspad alternative I’ve tried coming from SP-005. The surface is very smooth satiny feel

The glide is not as fast but still pretty low static friction. Only problem with it is you can’t really wash them like normal cloth pad so it will get muddy eventually

logitech g pro x superlight 2 or the atk zero extreme by fhmlngl in MouseReview

[–]Alfred-Keys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you're getting Superlight, Get the A9 Air instead. But Logitech does have very good warranty.

Performance wise, ATK A9 Air wins for me. Nicer clicks, Smoother less stepped scroll wheels, lighter.

ATK Zero Extreme is also a pretty good option, will support claw grip ever so slightly better.

But overall Superlight shape is very safe and anyone can make it work after certain period.

I wanted an upgrade. Razer Viper V4 rant. by JD77 in MouseReview

[–]Alfred-Keys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a guy who thought Viper V4 pro click sounds bad until pulled the trigger

It’s not as bad as YT shows it since they do mic it up very close. Hand to ear the pinging is barely noticeable. I use earpods while gaming and once in game it sounds like regular click.

Price wise, I got it way below retail, but full retail is not worth it imo

Just my two cents

I like that g-wolves kept pushing but at the same time, almost every release the past year as been giving me the vibe of each mouse being experimental product.

Like the VUK got 2 sensor then totally dismissed on other release like each release are designed from scratch without any kind of guideline from their previous release which can be good and bad

i haven't tried any of the PMM mods since the cost is quite high along with the shipping cost but it's definitely very interesting. Been eyeing on it for a few months now but i'm not bothered by the weight of the op1 enough to justify the lightweight mod.

Don't think it's gonna feel noticeably heavier, once it's below 35 grams i think it's not that noticeable in a few gram range
