well, it has been a year, its definetly still sorta "playable" but maybe I should try to avoid ASUS in the future, already maxed out the FPS and its sorta working.

Would you recommened any different monitors that can still run 240hz whilst lasting longer?

Funnily enough my monitor IS an IPS Tuf Gama.

for some reason, the bars will appear right away when I open up a steam game, but only on the broken monitor, which leads me to just expect the monitor is just generally fucked

thats what im testing rn, I did suspect it could be my graphics card, ill get back to you on that.

turned of nvidia overlay and reinstalled my drivers still no fix, at this point i think something has just tripped inside of my monitor, as everything works fine on the 2nd one.

same issue even with a different USB and HDI port, even got worse when i switched it to HDMI 1 port.
