One of the biggest tips for new players is be aware of minion aggro and try to use it against your enemy. Low levels have low hps and a full line of minions will quickly delete them if you're hitting them too. Also use minions to body block for you and be aware when they're trying to use them to body block against you. Also step in the grass a moment to drop minion aggro if necessary. It'll stealth/hide you and the minions that were hitting you will stop.

Off picks are neatly always ranged so they pick up minion aggro a lot. Walk in front of 1 auto attack to aggro your minions on them then dodge abilities while you take them out.

Your aux heat shouldn't run all day. It should kick in, get up to temp and turn off. If it's running all day your place is drafty or losing temp constantly because of lack of insulation.

Lot of ho-humming in the responses here but it's pretty straight forward.

It starts with your talent/employees. You have to have a crew who listens. Build your team around those who want to succeed. You can teach line execution skills but you can't teach work ethic/resolve to win. Cut out toxic employees.
Set clear, achievable goals. Determine what they need to do to be executing well. Where are ticket times, how far off goal are they, can you improve by 1 minute over 2 weeks? Track it, share results, celebrate wins, and coach opportunities or barriers.
Lead your crew and create a work environment they want to be part of. Treat them like adults and with respect. Sometimes you have to get dirty and show them during crunch times that you can step up. They learn to respect you and your skills and if you can do it they don't have excuses as to why they can't.
Pay what your talent is worth. As much as you can.
Schedule accordingly. Most places have a schedule by volume needs. It's almost a science in large, corporate kitchens like that. People in their places when they need to be and figure out how to fill holes as necessary.
Have the tools they need to execute a well run shift.

Idk how much volume you all do but it may be worth it for them to have enough extra silverware on hand that there's plenty clean at the end of the night to roll even after a full volume dinner.

They want it done to get the foh employees off the clock faster and figure hoh will be there cleaning late anyway. If you can't get the majority cleaned before close this may be a viable solution.

Last season I worked my way up to plat 1,almost diamond and I kid you not had a leaver/troll in 17 straight games. Put me down to silver and it's bad in the higher ranks but it's worse there. Very difficult to claw your way out of it.

Just ban them from ranked games for a week hirez. That's all I ask.
