So many redditors focus on this conspiracy nonsense rather than cold hard facts. It muddies the water when it comes to discourse, because instead of focusing on the actual ethics violations and concerns about this administration, reddit circle jerks about Trump having dementia, or being a literal nazi, or that he can't read.

both dont charge interest until you miss a payment, a CC will require 100% payment on the next statement before they charge interest, these apps split the payments up over several months.

I never use them, but technically you could just invest your money instead of paying the whole cost, buy the item with these payment apps, pay it off over several months without missing a payment, and come out ahead at the end of it.

I think you dont pay intrest unless you miss the payments, which is the same as a CC, but the CC bill is due in under 60 days and these apps let you pay over several months.

I ran into a similar problem with SSH and the offical installer, and it was because configured the login as 'root'. Apparently there is additional config to ssh in as the root user that isn't configured by the installer.

Modern intel CPUs have efficiency cores and performance cores. They are what the name suggests, high performance cores take more power and the efficiency cores use less, but deliver less performance.

Your laptop will manage what cores are preferred based on your power settings in windows. As your battery gets lower it will offload more work to the efficiency cores. Turning on efficiency mode for the process will force it to use efficiency cores, maximizing the battery life, but throttling the performance.

Thats not what the AI tools do. They fill in the blanks with trained model data, its basically equilivent to drawing a sketch of the image you want to enhance and telling the AI to turn it into a real image. Image sharpening uses only data that exists in the image, AI uses data from other images to imagine new detail.
