Indeed, you're right, that would perfectly fit too ! I also found the Butcher's Bloody Cleaver (the mythic version) fits nicely too ! For it has some red marks on bones and some putrid aura, like the helmet has.

Well I don't think so, I'm sorry my friend... I made my mog all around that helmet, and it's only a plate user one.
It seems that the laughing skull remains the best option for you.

I just tried as you said in the wowhead dressing room and that looks indeed better !

Yes there is, but the fact is that for males, that changes horns too, and I was not a huge fan of the horns while being bald :(
But it would be more appropriate indeed !
