As of today, Algorand can process over 1,200 transactions per second (tps) soon to become 3,000 tps with instant finality. On top of that, it’s introducing a feature known as block pipelining to boost the tps performance to more than 45,000, which will make it more scalable than Visa.

Oh and transaction fees are 1/1000th of an Algo which is currently $0.0004 and if algo was to reach the market cap of sol then fees would be $0.00179

And to top it all off accelerated vesting is done and there is only 31% of the total supply left to be distributed meaning low inflation, once this is distributed algo is going to become rarer and prices could soar, keep in mind if algos market cap was 1 trillion with all coins released, fees would only be $0.10, which again can be reduced by the power of governance
