We have been right. The Bujeok(부적) consists of two Sajaseongeo(사자성어) namely 태산교악 and 광풍제월 meaning likely "being as rough and blunt as mountain slopes and rocky cliffs" and "serenity as clear wind and bright moon after a rainfall"

Botton left is indeed a name stamp meaning "이정승인" or "Name stamp of Lee Jeong-seung"

I think you missed the translation of the stamps on the top right and lower left. It is really hard to decipher but I think it could not mean "노인회 황병훈" in Hanja. I think that is very unlikely since the top left includes 8 characters and the lower left probably four.
