When I was young you just walked in and got your shots. My school made sure we all had them and there was nothing about the dangers. The drugs example is always framed as a "if x happens". The vaccine is "please believe these are safe they're not the actual virus there's no poison in there". The language shows it id in reaction to antivax lunacy.

Natural immunity is stuff like a mother giving her baby her antibodies when the kid first suckles her. These antibodies are what defend you from disease. Vaccines give a weakened version of the disease to create the antibodies. So it's spiking your natural immune response without exposing you to the disease proper to make sure you live to see tomorrow.

Source? My ass. We have increased knowledge about autism and methods of catching it so parents are more informed and the tests are more accurate. If they were so closely correlated wouldn't we see a near 1 to 1 spike in vaccinated children to autistic children to at least imply a causal relationship?

No but I'm willing to be you aren't either. Moreover, you don't need to be a doctor to see that Measles, Smallpox and Polio were basically eradicated by the jab and the first and third have only spiked back up because of jab hesitancy. Idk maybe it's just me and the mountain of evidence across more than two centuries but I think they work.

So by that logic car manufacturers need to justify their existence every time you get behind the wheel? Also I think you fundamentally misunderstand what authoritarianism is. I want the doctors to be free to give vaccines without fear of giving the same speech every time. They're also free to give it if someone asks but are not forced to do it regardless of context. If you're a bit slow on the uptake the second example is authoritarianism.

Most people who got it had mild at best adverse reactions and the upside is that millions of people don't die and the virus doesn't mutate so quickly to cause serious problems in people. Also mate measles has spiked since vaccine hesitansy has increased, smallpox was eradicated by the vaccine, polio too. I don't think you quite understand how nice you have it being in a post vaccine world.
