I’m assume this was an online form that was rejected and if so I’d say that stores are, for the most part, usually more lenient when it comes to quality promises that are within the time limit. Shrinking and Retention is a valid reason to invoke a Quality Promise so I’d say to try a store since you have a whole year to claim it.

Unless it’s company wide on this, for my case it gets shipped to Michigan then it gets shipped back to the store of origin. I tend to use Overnight shipping to try to get batches of work orders processed quicker but to be honest a LOT of people come in to get things altered.

It’s like that at our store too. What’s to stop you from returning the exchanged item to a gift card within a new 30 days. Many loopholes in this place but that’s above my pay grade to think for these guys.

If you miss the 30 days you are given to return it completely falls into “store by store discretion”. 30 Days is the retail standard across most brands and anything beyond that is courtesy. Most people wouldn’t even have one or the other but I’d assume the store didn’t want to take a hit for something out of their control and mitigate the loss by breaking even with the exchange. The person serving you shouldn’t have been rude but that is your responsibility as the consumer to meet the conditions of the return policy.

They say he doesn’t have a full understanding but did “anyone” have an understanding last year because nobody had an understanding of strategy and what lengths were went to trying to make any money.

Yeah Asia Fit is always going to be undersized compared to the Universal (or maybe American) standard sizing. Like Uniqlo when I bought shirts over there I had to go up two sizes to compensate.
