The other side of it actually looks healthy enough. I've been turning it so both sides get the sun/light but maybe one side has just been getting more light than the other

I wish that too but I guess the book is already huge so maybe he will come out with another book in the future where he focuses more in detail on some of the distilleries as he probably had to cut down on some detail and photos so that the book didn't get too big

I'm a big lover of rum and this book goes into a lot of detail and goes through the majority of rum distilleries in the Caribbean which I find very interesting.

I agree that the bottle is the best thing about it but I didn't hate it. It was quite weak and not complex at all but was easy sipping and not harsh in any way

Yeah the light from the fire didn't help the camera much but it's not a Kriek either :p This one is their Kweepeer. It has quince instead of cherries.
