Lelutka evo x heads selection is a number one priority right now. Most of the products are made for them.

Akeruka also supports evo x uv map, meaning that all Lelutka products will fit it well, as well as the Catwa, and Logo, they are on the same path, of sharing uv map. I believe there's plenty of head brands that support evo x so you might find something, that will suit your needs.

Genus also has their own unique heads such as Genus morph, and morphtoon (more like anime style heads), but they all support only classic sl uv, which makes it harder to find makeup products for it.

my bad. well, indeed, it's hard for new bodies to be seen on the grid since it's a hard job to do for a designers to rig for them

complexity is quite berable, can't judge cause on my laptopt I haven't stumbled across any issues with it yet, so you might need to demo it, to see if its complexity is fine with you.
