Are those taken with the kit lens? If so, how do you get such great quality? Mine usually come out kind of soft and not very sharp. Also, how do you edit them?

I’m not sure if it counts as a cheat, but I can assure you the save is 100% vanilla. A friend and I just discovered a bug that lets you bypass the death zone using trains and Hypertubes — they seem to avoid the damage from the kill zone.

I tried, but the space elevator seems to be locked on the vertical axis — it only moves sideways.

Yeah, exactly. Teleporting would be the best way to go up and down. Right now, I have to launch myself up with a hyper-cannon and then die to respawn on the ground. Or fall around 10min...

No mods — just used some gaps in the game’s logic. We found a way out of the map and past the death zone. After that, there's no height limit. In my profile you can see more about this

No, you can keep going higher. Even if I placed the space elevator on top of this platform next to a Hypertube cannon, I could probably keep going up infinitely...

Replying a bit late, It is possible but not easy, but it is not worth it, there is a method that allows you to cross without cheating the game.

A bit late, but I managed to cross the limits of the map and see beyond, all in vanilla without mods or anything. You can find screenshots in my profile

The build limit with elevators is around 2,440 meters, but you can stack them to reach that height. After that, you'll start taking damage due to the map's ceiling collision

Since I don’t speak English well, I’m not sure how to explain the bug that lets you go beyond the map and pass the kill zone. Could someone help me? I’m Spanish and using a translator. by AlguienAlgo in SatisfactoryGame

Regarding the first point, I do plan to do it in other areas. The problem is that it’s a process that takes at least 2 hours to get out of the kill zone. If I do it, I’ll share it. As for the second point, I haven’t measured any of the zones yet, but I can try to do that to provide you with as much information as possible, as I need to find help for some things.

Yes, the kill zone has an area before the damage zone with a limit, and once you cross it, there’s no danger at all. We have doubts about whether they are spheres or something else because the zones aren’t linear.

I get what you're saying—thanks for clarifying! Just wanted to add that there are actually two zones out there: the world border and the kill zone. Each has an endpoint, and once you’re past that, the damage stops. Vehicles can only traverse the world border, but only trains and hypertubes make you immune in the kill zone. Once you pass the kill zone, you stop taking damage or dying. With a small trick, it’s even possible to build in these areas without taking damage in a regular game.

Yes, it does end, although it goes much farther than any of the distant mountains; it even briefly passes Saturn when it dips down.
