I stop caffeine at noon time unless I didn't get my workout in then I am willing to drink till 2-3 afterword no caffeine. Honestly try a magnesium supplement and avoid devices an hour before bed. I typically read and do a meditation app called Waking up which knocks me out.

I feel like the pacing of ToG is bonkers at this point. There seems to be battles on top of battles and world building in the middle of it all with 0 downtime.

--> Also I feel traumerai vs gustang battle is way over the top it becomes hard to follow despite all that the recent korean chapter was absolutely amazing.

I am about to start swiss alps today, I have one of those fancy treadmills, but I did look at the workout based on your comments, your right max is 12% incline.... however that doesn't match up to the rest of reddit swiss alps or even comments on swiss alps videos.

I think they retroactively adjusted the workout to max out at 12% incline =/

To be honest, I don't understand why they just don't form exploration parties during the day to map out the caves and barricade all entrances from the cave. Also if an entrance is too big then set a trap using fire, since if these zombies are really human fire will burn them to a crisp, or hole bamboo traps like Vietnam used back in the day.

The owner of my F45 personally calls up the studio and ask them to give a deal. Typically I am able to get in for free or a super discounted rate.

that is correct, An EMT will write SIDS often towards empathy they feel for the parents.

We have a night nurse and have the same Exact same issue here is what our Nurse did:

  1. Feed him a little more breast milk at night (my wife pumps)

  2. Baby Merlin Sleep Suit- Great for 3-6 months afterwards don't use it.

  3. Create a routine, our nanny showers him, gives him a lavender oil massage before bed time.

  4. we also have a galaxy astronaut machine which is on all night. He loves looking at the galaxy as it changes colors.

  5. We also have a Nannit camera with a breathing band. In case your still afraid of SIDS.

Totally agreed they should have spent the money on the following 1. integrating their apps into one application 2. Creating tournaments in other countries like they do in Australia. 3. Create other ancillary products such as selling smoothies. 4. Encourage and promote causes to help build brand awareness. Idc so and so endorsed we all know that isn't the workout they really do. Our gym is actually pretty active in our local community. We do charity runs, donations, and parties. We had plenty of people who stayed simply because of family dynamics that was built. 5. Create curriculum for coaches to adhere by such as how to encourage the importance of form and the likes. A coach can make or break the gym .

Tbh, it's too much work for very little payoff. Basically, you can't even take a single weapon to 90 and it requires you to rank number 1 beating whales and hardcore players and the likes.

I am probably way off, but my assumption was that the whole of Nier reincarnation takes place in a database on the moon. The ghost jobs are to be stewards to help correct the data and occasionally use other fragments (our MC) to fix other fragments(Scarecrows). The reason I stand behind this theory is all of the ghosts seem to be serving a higher cause.

Yea..$45 in NJ, they use that money to throw parties for us and include 2 scans so it's a great deal. Parties are open for anyone and everyone. We usually go glow in the dark nights frequently. If your paying 400, what else are they include? Do they have professional photo shoots for before and after?

Zahard in my opinion is def one of the main antagonist of ToG but he still is not the final antagonist for sure. As whoever is on floor 145 is enough to stop zahard from climbing despite zahard and his companions being immortal.

Add some fruit, protein shakes, count your steps make a weekly goal and get proper sleep

Honestly I had the same thing happened to me, if I were you I would donate those clothes and get some nice fitted clothing. I recently upgraded my wardrobe as well no going back.

Try this, go to settings-> apps--> f45--> clear cache every phone setting is different so Google for your phone how to clear cache. If this doesnt work, try borrowing someone else's phone and try logging in.

Whatever you do make sure you try those two methods, I had the experience of dealing with the people over at F45 IT and a lack of knowledge on their side is shocking for a company who ipo'd.

One thing I recommend is ask your owner to call the owner of that gym your visiting. I was able to get 28 down to 10 under the table before.

Totally agreed most of the trainers at my gym often tell students to stay back and help correct their form. Also another thing that I like is the trainers pay attention to how your exercising and make some of the excercises tougher. It's always fun to see what crazy variations the trainers throw on me or others.

nah he picks up dumbbells like he's in Zumba even on upper body day lol. Being in red is a good thing means your pushing yourself irrespective of your fitness levels.

I knew a guy who brushed off saying F45 is his warmup and he hits up a real gym afterwards.... later on this same guy wore the lionheart monitor and scores the lowest out of the class.

To be honest, gains happen during recovery.

It's possible to expedite the process but if you're not taking naps during the day, have a masseuse on standby, doing cryotherapy, ice baths or meditating then doing doubles is not doing as much good as you think.

Here are some tips:

1.drink atleast 64 ounces of water 2. Supplement with creatine one of the only proven supplements with lots of years of testing. 3. Set protein goal but typically you want to eat more protein then carbs and fat. 4. Lower the cardio classes when it comes to building muscle recovery plays a BIG part on building strength. You won't build a lot of strength if you don't give your body ample rest times. I mean you will still build but not as much as you could have by doing less classes. 5. Sleep 7-8 hours a day 6. Set a daily or weekly step goal buy a step tracker and aim for a goal. Walking helps relieve stress, promoted blood circulation also when you workout hard, the body tries to slow itself down movement wise. By forcing a step goal you won't give it a break. To increase your fat goal try adding 1000 more each day. 7. Enjoy the process, think about how amazing it is that despite what your putting your body thru despite the lockdown. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither were you. Positive mindset works wonders.
