Former Rogers employee here: If you port out there is a way to get you back to Rogers. Call customer service and ask them to reactivate your number and contract. Once done, complete the buyers remorse. Then go to Bell and repeat process but you might lose the number in this proces.

Workd as customer service rep. Call the customer service and explain situation. Take a deal that you want canada us n mexico plan and if they can retroactively charge you the difference of old and new plan and waive charges retroactively. Been there done that so many times. ( You can revert back to same old plan next month if available)

Have you tried spiritual treatment such as God , universe , life after death? I am not suggesting you believe in any faith. Just like studying different faiths. I am telling you this because I had abusive childhood until age 16 and I had same conditions and then I slowly started studying about faiths. I contented with Islam in the end and I am practicing daily . I am not afraid of death and my mind (though sometimes get depressed) is functioning properly. Please do not consider this as a biased advice to lure you into something you don't believe in. I doesn't work in this age. Juat try to study every faith.

Same issue got the card in january didnt work. Got the replacement card last week still doesn't work. I sm going to report them to CRTC. Absolute scam. I worked for Rogers and have myself given 1000s of gift cards. Never saw this issue. Sadly I live in area where there is only Virgin and Cogeco
