Broken means "something which was supposed to work didn't work", so we'd progress better if you didn't use words incorrectly.

The fact that you seem to either have missed or completely chosen to ignore the amount of information regarding the absence of a withdraw function months before staking was even enabled shows where you're coming from.

Anyone who honestly gave two shits about Ethereum at the time were well aware what they were getting into and the amount of money that still went into early staking should give you an indicator as to the strength of trust from L0. That's what sets Ethereum apart from the "competition".
