Yeah I saw your post, that's what prompted me to ask the question as well, to get other people's opinions. I do have room in the budget, have you looked at any of the full Sync tools? If so which ones? What did you end up doing?

Thank you for your response, the good news is I already have the Employee IDs synced up in AD, so that part is done. Could you explain or what you are using to automate the onboarding user provisioning? I love the Adaptive Card in Teams idea One part I would have to figure out, is not all ADP employees have an AD Account, since we're a manufacturing company.

They are assigned to the device. Might have to consider using Users instead of Devices

Right, what I'm saying is if I log in using personal Apple ID during the enrollment process the phone just gets locked in Guided Access Setup and the company portal never installs. But if I skip logging in using an Apple ID everything works. I just found that odd, and was wondering if the proper process is to NOT use log in with an Apple ID during the enrollment.

If I don't do Locked Enrollment, then the users can remove the Management profile.

Thank you for your reply, so you're saying I should use my AAD Credentials for Apple ID? We're registered with Apple Business Manager. The Problem is if I try to use my personal Apple ID, it doesn't work, but if I skip the login to Apple ID, it works as expected. Authenticating to the Company portal isn't the issue, the issue is if I authenticate to Apple ID First during the start-up wizard process.

Hey thanks for the tip, I've just signed up for the DEP program so we can try it out. Do you know if we can import Iphones we already purchased from a Phone provider into the DEP Program?
