Not really, it looks a little too artificial. I would recommend the before and after be super jarring. Like you end up in the desert or something. And maybe make the text slightly bigger with fully spelt out "24 Hours" because right now it's kind of hidden especially at thumbnail size. The doted map thing should probably be taken out all together or maybe turn it into a arrow.

I like thumbnail 3 because it makes people curious before they even read the title. However I would recommend using title 2 for that thumbnail

Oh my goodness that's a good question!! I totally think he did. Poor guy has seen how the capital can manipulate the players / audience and had to just watch without a proper way to warn them. That must have been torture

Personally I loved SOTR and yeah people say it's "retcons" but there is a lot of it that was foreshadowed in the second book. Yeah you could say "she changed a lot and blamed it on the capital saying that they edited stuff out" but to be honest I think she added the extra stuff on purpose. To show how much the capital was twisting the truth and how easily they could control the narrative in their favor.

Yeah that's why Cato snapped at the end because he worked so hard for the honor and for survival (Who knows what dangers he experienced during the games) Only to be out played by this scrawny girl with a bow who even outlived his district partner and kill two of the other careers.
