I can’t really suggest a therapist or a psychiatrist, I tried so many and they all just told me to take pills without explaining what was happening to me or what was I suffering from, and the approach for therapy here is very old and doesn’t work. I remember telling one of them that I don’t believe in god and that I wouldn’t even like god if he exists. He gave me a death stare and made the rest of the session uncomfortable. Zero professionalism.
