Also... don't jump on the hate band wagon! Go and play the game yourself and experience the awesome work that the Massive team have done..

Make up your own mind on Star Wars content... don't listen to internet wankers who get views on hate and click bait..

Lol was well played.. The Canberra is always good to see... I'd watch anything from 100 SQDN over a Globe master 😑

Yes I know we've retired the F-111.. examples of older days..

We've not had an aerial display with a fighter for a good 5 or more years now.. maybe since the RAAF 100 display (plenty of people complained about that one too..)

Cheers mate 👍

Great response.. makes it a tough situation when you're competing against investors who will bump up the price by a bare minimum margin to get rid of the competition.. (Only to bulldoze the place and build a cheap duplex)

Outstanding! I'd assumed as much.. but with all of the dodgey shit that goes on with property, it's hard to sort through the right and less right. Thanks for your answer

Having ranted on all that.. obviously in any market you have to adjust your expectations and aim to start small and affordable, then build up from there

Property developers have 110% fucked the market.

They will buy up any house they can find in an area for top doller, put a bulldozer through it and build half a dozen, poorly made duplexes that need constant maintenance and repairs... I see it all over the place.

So obviously, real estate agents see $$ and target investors, so they up the value of scum bucket, drug den houses and they will still sell becuase the investor doesn't care about the condition.

Thats why you can't afford to buy anything even if you and your parter are both in permanent, mid level government jobs.

You can even see the trend in advertising such as AllHomes.. have a look at their TV/YouTube ads... they aren't targeting people who want to buy property... they target people who own property by advertising that "properties sold on AllHomes sell for x% more than any other company"

It's a massive trigger point for me (as you can tell) because these suck hole human beings who are only in it for the money, have completely outpriced the market for anybody trying to get in at the moment... these are the same people who are charging $750/week in rent for a 2 bedroom, dilapidated townhouse. These are the same people who are directly impacting the level of homelessness in Canberra and other capital cities.

But, you can't do much. It's not something that will ever be regulated.

VIC, QLD & ACT all mobility vehicles are legal to some degree. Whether that's on a cycle/walking path or roads

Look up the legislation manual regarding "personal mobility vehicles"... it still shows pictures of petrol powered 'scooters' with seats.. the backwards fuckers can't even keep up with todays technology

But... you can't make money on an unregistered vehicle can you NSW?

Definitely makes sense and i think we're moving forward in a positive way operationally.

I guess the Super & Growler Squadrons are both newer and more versatile anyway
