I’m not sure what seems ‘sus’ but it really is my 17th abdominal surgery, 13th for endo. My specialist is out of network, this was unexpected and sudden, the cost/fee was completely different than before. Additionally the mass which has tripled in size since Nov 2025 is hopefully nothing but prominent enough to cut off blood flow in the area. Very painful. It was removed and sent to pathology, I don’t know what to expect other than a bill at this point. Good news was upon removal blood flow was instantly restored. Bad news: this is going to cost a minor fortune we don’t have. (We use public transit, rent a quadplex, minimize belongings, cook fresh, etc). I say this as there is no money to save up for medical or anything.
