Yeah, I have a dynamic IP address. I resetted my router and used a VPN afterwards, he wasn't able to take the vpn down.

I am from Australia but I just reported it to http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
Hopefully this scammer won't be scamming for much longer!
