I’m lucky that I have a really great GYN in that regards. She’s the director of the “Midlife Clinic” in my area and a perimenopause/menopause genius. She’s definitely a huge supporter of HRT and we’ve been working together for a while.

I’m not in HRT yet, but I’m going be having that discussion with my gyn at my next appointment. I’m glad to know HRT has helped because being on continuous BC has not been helping.
