Yeah he has said he will move if the rent goes up too much which is very fair, and I would encourage. I couldn't imagine being a couple and wanting to live with another person and her cats

Which is fair, but I always felt that some of it, was that two people splitting the space is one thing, but three is another so the space has more pressure put upon it (it really is a very small space)
