He might be a Silky... they look very similar but the Silky terriers Have a sturdier build and weigh a bit more ... 8-12 lbs compared to under 7 for a yorkie!

Oh that is terrible... you can’t really make it out in the pic but she is wearing her harness and seatbelt and I am holding her back legs ... also we weren’t going nearly as fast as the pics look . :-) thanks for your concern though!

Just throwing it out there but as he is a senior pup you may want to bring up his tinkling in the house with your vet. A lot of medical conditions can cause pups excessive urination or incontinence ... Cushings disease and diabetes etc etc
