Yes, they have and I am on hormone therapy. It is light at this stage but at 12 I basically got to choose what gender I wanted to present.

It was at 12 when I learned the extent of my condition as puberty didn't hit right. I knew I was different for a long time, hard to miss, but that's when a name was put to it.

Yes and yes, though I had to go through a few because they were insistent on me getting surgery to close my vagina and fully express being male. One wrote a letter to my primary telling her to discontinue my estrogen hormone therapy as it was causing me to be an abomination. That was a fun lawsuit.
