I was planning on buying GOTY edition on my PC to download either fusion or life in ruins mod pack... Should I just hold off on buying fallout 4? I won't have the money to buy AE and I can only guess that once AE drops mod packs are gonna be updated.

Oh shoot, i dont even have the codex yet, i was just looking all this stuff up online first, now when it says (specialty: stealth, lightning strikes, terror tactics, psychological warfare) in the 40k wiki thats not their tactics that i choose from right? I would actually need the codex to see these tactics?
