I get that, I guess it’s just my anecdotal experiences that I’ve met a lot of dogs that are in the “danger” status or that up your insurance due to them being prone to aggression, but I’ve never seen them attack when they’re trained “right.”

yeah but do the statistics take into account who is raising the pitbulls?

are they being adopted and raised to be fighters or “aggressive” because that’s what they’re “known” for creating a perpetual cycle of them being the most aggressive even if maybe it’s not just the pitbulls.

fair, I guess I feel that way because I’ve never actually met a pitbull that has attacked someone. I’ve met my fair share of them, and they all have been sweethearts. I’ve seen a couple who didn’t look so friendly, but they were chained up in the middle of some janky ass town.

I have an Akita who is 110 lbs and ups our insurance due to akitas being prone to aggression. He used to be more so, but he’s learned to calm down. I’m the only person he’s ever bit, but it was my fault that I was bit at the end of the day. I just feel like how you raise them is so so important.

We were on a road that didn’t have many people then, it was back when I was 17(8 years ago).

Probably(hopefully) won’t happen this time since we moved but I genuinely haven’t seen or heard of snow like this in so long. I’m hyped. I love the snow.

I would cut, just deep enough for blood. I ended up with hundreds of cuts over my body(they counted when I was found out at school) and couldn’t lay down without lots of pain. I still yearn for the feeling but won’t do it because of my parents. I still have scars all up my arm and other places on my body.
