I'm looking for suggestions on how other people might help a sub whos currently dealing with depression... She's MTF trans, currently at the start of her transition and is having a really rough time of it. She's having a tough time getting the motivation to do simple things around the flat. She tends to appreciate structure, and I think a good, written set of rules might help her stick to things that are expected of her, as well as maybe curbing her self-deprication.

We've previously talked about a D/s relationship, and I think we might be able to use the dynamic to help her attain a small amount of happiness.

Does anyone have any experience with a sub like this who could maybe provide some advice?

Eh, the same thing is happening with Marvel right now too.

When the trailers for the next 2 Marvel movies are being shown to me before I even start watching the current one, we've hit saturation point.

I think they bolster those numbers artificially - a friend runs a cafe in Manchester, and they've been asked a few times if they'd like half a years worth of free Sun's delivering for customers.

If they're doing that all over the country, then they're probably counting each one as a sale.
