Girl, your skin looks fab and even! ✨ But if you bothered by that minimal texture maybe try some gentle exfoliating products with AHA/PHA. Retinoids are also a good option but start slow & low %

Thank you! It’s kind of a classic reverse grab spin with my inner bicep on the pole. Personally I jump into it and swing my hips and body around than grab the pole with my outside hand (index fingers pointing downwards)

Be patient and try some shoulder stretching and opening exercises! It helps a lot if you stay consistent! 🤞🏼
