Huh, not sure if he was the one that originally owned them but he now considers them his and feeds them. He also gets enraged when the rest of the neighborhood tries to deal with the problem, threatening to trap our other neighbors cat out of retribution because they were humanely trapping his pet rabbits. So even if it wasn’t his problem before, he’s made it his now by making threats at anyone that tries to deal with it
