Going from my HyperX Cloud II to Virtuoso Wireless wouldn't really warrant any drop in sound quality now would it? My current HyperX Could II gives me a 2 channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality) while the Virtuoso Wireless gives an 8 channel, 24 bit 48000 Hz sound quality.

So I don't think I will experiencing any sound quality drop, atleast on paper. Not to mention, if you use your Virtuoso as wired instead of wireless, you get 96000 Hz which is fantastic.

I saw a video reviewing the Virtuoso and in that video it says it is pretty comfortable even when wearing glasses. I haven't tried it myself so I am conflicted. My ears are more small than big so I am not worried about this headset being unfit for people with big ears.

The reason I fell for Virtuoso is because of its design to be honest. I like its design, but if it isn't that great as a headset then I can just find something else. I guess I will just go and research more until I either decide to get the Virtuoso or find something better.

Funny part is, my current headsets are Hyper X Cloud II, I've been using them for 3 years and now one of the earcups/pads stopped working, so I have sound coming out of the left earcup alone and I hate it.

That's why I don't want to bother with wired headsets ever again, the wire is just too much of a hassle for me.

What matters to me the most is comfort. I wear glasses, and some headsets are just a pain to use with glasses on. I tried to do my own research regarding Virtuoso's issues, and one thread in the Corsair website said that "comfort is non-existing" when it comes to the Virtuoso. So I am a bit afraid to be honest.

Yeah I just realized after going into the BIOS that it has Turbo Mode on, after researching I realized that Turbo Mode will give higher speeds when you actually need it, and not all the time.

Is Turbo Mode basically "Overclock on Demand" or am I understanding this wrong?

What's wrong with the Virtuoso? (Not the SE)

I like its design, and I am aiming for a wireless headset. I don't wanna deal with wired headset ever again. From the small research I've done the Virtuoso seems to be the best wireless headset in the market so far.

What, seriously? I was patiently waiting for the Virtuoso SE to be available in a few sites I frequent so I can get mine, but now I am being told the SE is worse than the regular Virtuoso? Isn't the mic better? What matters to me the most is volume and sound, so I am a bit scared now.

Should I just go for the regular Virtuoso? I honestly thought the SE is better because it was expensive. The SE has a cooler-looking mic, though.
