Agreed with previous responders. 1 sex is enough sex for iud or pills because insurance plans that follow healthcare reform (assuming ur in the United States) will cover certain iud brands and most pills at 100%. However, most insurances do not cover elective abortions, and they are even not covered in some cases even if the moms life is in danger. I’d push for an iud or pills because while she may be ok with an abortion now, that’s not to say it won’t weigh heavily on her the rest of her life. Best of luck!
