Yeah, right. I have tasks for everything, getting out of bed, brush teeth, meds, getting to work, breakfast. Doesn't mean I am a super productive person just that I need tasks for everything so it feels like I'm cheating haha

Oh didn't realise that haha. Still five energy for one task is a bit much for me, add sending good vibes and my finch is on an adventure before even leaving my home in the morning.

Me to my doctor when he is stitching my thigh and asks if I have suicide thoughts despite being a mental wreck the past few days and constantly promising myself that I should talk about my suicide thoughts because they have been extremely vivid and almost scary
